Below is a little guide to our salon with kindness & love.

Nail Fixes (Gel Polish)

We have a 9 day fix policy. We will fix any damage that we deem to be due to our application free of charge. After 9 days there will be a small charge of £1 per nail. If you require a nail fix (charged or uncharged), we ask that you pre- book in for a nail fix as we cannot guarantee we will be free if you drop by. We will happily accommodate this.

Children

• Kid’s Mini Mani’s & Mini Pedi’s – To book your child in we require you to pre-book an appointment.
• We charge £7 for children in Primary School, (4-11 years) & £10 for children in Secondary School, (11-16 years).
• We only offer speedy, normal polish treatments for children. We will not apply gel polish. This policy is to maintain the child’s nail health.
• We have a strict booking policy regarding children’s group with a maximum of 4 at one time. A parent must be present otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

We happily invite children into the salon as we understand sometimes childcare can be difficult to arrange. We ask that if you child does attend your appointment with you that you manage their behaviour to allow us to maintain our relaxed environment. If you want to bring an ipad or phone along to entertain your children we ask that it is used on ‘silent mode’ or with headphones.

Punctuality

Arriving late may interfere with your appointment. We will always try our best to fit in what we can, but a result of lateness may be that we have to conduct a shortened version of your original appointment charged at the full price or in some cases we may not be able to honour your appointment. If you are running late please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Deposits

From Tuesday 18th August 2020 we will operate with a non-refundable deposit system for all booked treatments. They can be paid over the phone or in store.

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will not have their deposit refunded.

Appointments changed with more than 24 hours notice will have their deposit carried forward to their altered time slot.*

*Deposits will not be carried over more than once.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment with us. This allows us to open the appointment to an awaiting client. Please be aware that if you have repeated cancellations we will require a deposit or pre-payment to book future appointments.

No Shows

No shows have a huge impact on our business. We ask that if you cannot make an appointment please let us know with as much notice as possible. If you have no showed more than twice we will ask for full pre-payment to book future appointments. We have a strict policy in place to protect the business.
